The speciality – Almond Stollen
Almond Stollen does not contain raisins, but instead has a higher almond content. The Stollen cake is delivered in an attractive gift box, securely packaged to prevent breakage and includes a small Christmas surprise. Our Almond Stollen is free of preservatives and artificial flavours.
Store in a cool and dry place. Optimal storage temperature: 5 - 10 °C. Relative humidity in the store room: 60 – 70 %. To allow the flavours of the quality ingredients to develop, the Stollen cake should be stored in its original packaging for at least a week before first cutting it.
